MERGE LITERARY MAGAZINE

TWO POEMS

By Jaye P. Willis

Black and Blue
St. Louis streets bathed in black and red by blue
Who without all the facts, their guilt they knew.

On Holy Ground
Gun laws secured as
A sick shooter enters church
Killing young and old
Gunman levels hope seekers
With higher powered weapons
