Against the law & its unjust enforcers

Monthly & yearly, we wonder what’s our
Role in reshaping the kingdom
Understanding that you’re among the
Millions sacrificed for our advancement
Whether it’s a George, Breoona, Ahmaud
Trayvon, Sandra, Nat, M. L., Malcolm,
Eric, Mike Brown or Jimmy Lee
Your crucifixion put you among a great
Cloud of witnesses that watch our progress
Around, over and through continuing challenges
We live and work to not allow your sacrifice
To be in vain/ With the Creator’s mercy &
Ancestral protection, we move towards
A new day in contemporary kingdoms
Linking your crucifixion to He who is called
Lord/They say, “His blood frees us from sin.”
Let us say, “Your blood will inspire us again & again!”
“Your blood will take us to higher place
In the eyes of humanity.”
We regret losing you but commit to ongoing
Sacrifices of time, talent & treasure to
Maximizing the opportunities, you being
